White Center, Wash. The Cascade Bicycle Club's  Ride for Major Taylor, taking cyclists on hilly routes of 26 or 63 miles just outside Seattle, is a fundraiser for the club's Major Taylor Project. The Major Taylor Project has programs in schools throughout the Puget Sound region where students build character, employ teamwork, and gain confidence through cycling.
