Major Taylor birthday rides
Cycling clubs across the country honor Marshall W. "Major" Taylor, who was born on Nov. 26, 1878, with birthday rides around the last weekend of November. In 2015, participating Major Taylor Association affiliates included clubs in Los Angeles; San Diego; Austin, Texas; Minneapolis; Chicago; Atlanta; Columbus, Ohio; Pittsburgh; and Worcester, Mass.
Updates: The Indianapolis, Austin and Dallas rides were postponed to December dates.
